Sustainable Manufacturing

Our eco-friendly production method demonstrates our commitment to environmental responsibility. By using the hot charging production approach, we can drastically cut down on the amount of coal and electricity we use.


Our smoothly synchronized operations maximize productivity by ensuring a seamless transition between manufacturing stages. In order to prevent environmental pollution and maintain a minimal carbon footprint, we have fitted baghouse/bag filters in our induction furnaces to capture smoke dust emissions and other pollutants throughout the smelting process. We make money by selling the pollutants that the bag filters capture to other consumers rather than carelessly discarding them.

Compressed Bio Gas Facility

  • We use Bio-Gas as a fuel for our production activities.
  • This is a joint venture of MNRE ( Ministry of New and renewable Energy) and IOCL. This called as green gas.
  • This is a 100 % environmental friendly fuel made out of agro waste.
  • This gas contains mainly Methane, which has got a higher calorific value. Which means we need less quantity of combustible fuel to achieve the equal amount of heat energy
  • As this is a clean and green gas, so the emissions levels are very less as compared to other industrial fuels like coke, coal, LPG , furnace oil and etc.
  • This in turn makes us a part of the Go Green initiative
  • As on today, we are using approximately 15 MT of Bio gas and gas a target of utilising Bio Gaa to the 50% or total requirements..
